Civic Hacking team agreement.

Civic Hacking Agency projects adhere to this team agreement:

Have fun.
Engage constructively.
Follow through on your commitments.
Respond to direct inquiries in a timely manner.
Resolve conflicts and move on.
Report conflicts that cannot be resolved.
Leave the project when/if you no longer have energy for it (and let the team know).
