The idea for CHA began after Luke (father) and Elias (son) Fretwell started coding together during the pandemic. Learn more about our story.

Elias is a junior at Acalanes High School in Lafayette, Calif.

Luke is the co-founder of ProudCity, a platform empowering local governments across the nation to deliver better digital services. More about Luke.
